The Whale Pointe Resort condominium owners have contracted Fractional Resort Services LLC to rent their property. If you have any questions regarding your reservation and rental terms, please direct them to Fractional Resort Services LLC.
Reservation & Payment Terms
100% payment is due upon reservation. This includes any cleaning fees.
Cancellation Policy
The 100% payment will hold your reservation and 40% is nonrefundable.
If your reservation is canceled more than 60 days from your arrival, 60% of total rental cost is refundable.
Sorry, no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days from check-in date.
Form of Payment
We accept credit card payments only. We honor Visa and MasterCard.
Reservation Instructions
Arrange your bookings and your payments directly with the FRS Reservation Specialist. Please have your credit ready for your phone payment when making your reservation.
Security Deposit
A SECURITY DEPOSIT is required for all rentals in the form of a credit card authorization. The Guest acknowledges the Rental Agent’s authority to charge the Guest’s accepted credit card used in all rental transactions. All Guests agree to indemnify Rental Agent & Owner for any damages to the dwelling, grounds, furnishings, and household items, which are the result of the Guests occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. The Guests credit card will be charged for any and all damages to the unit occupied by the Guest and/or his/her guest(s) during their stay.
Resort Front Desk & Staff
The resort is managed and operated by WorldMark. Once you have arrived at the resort please address all questions about the resort, your room, and for other room related questions with the front desk.
Please direct all questions regarding your reservation and rental terms to Fractional Resort Services, LLC only. WorldMark will not be able to help you with any of these questions.
Hold Harmless
The Rental Agent & Owner will not be liable for any accident or personal injuries that may occur during the Guests occupancy in the Rental Unit or on the property grounds. Guests agree to hold harmless the Rental Agent, Owner, and the Resort Management.
Lost & Found
Rental Agent & Owner are not responsible for articles left on premises. Should any be found and Guest requests their return, then there will be a $10.00 charge in addition to shipping charges for handling the return of any articles found by housekeeping. There is no guarantee that any articles will be kept in the resorts Lost & Found.
